Fabian Johnson joins American National team

The Munich born Fabian Johnson has been selected for the US national men’s team for the exhibitions matches against Costa Rica and Belgium next month.
The 23-year-old Fabian Johnson outside back/winger, who will play for Bundesliga club TSG Hoffenheim, where he was selected by the US coach Jurgen Klinsmann for the exhibitions games against Costa Rica and Belgium, which will play in September. Fabian Johnson, who has been playing for Germany in the final of the Under-21 European Championship, since two years.
Jurgen Klinsmann has selected 24 players including German-born defender Timmy Chandler and former national team captain Thomas Dooley. The United States will play against Costa Rica on 2nd September at the Home Depot Center in Carson and will clash against Belgium in Brussels on 6th September. Jurgen Klinsmann said that, team is very excited to work together as a group to watch few new faces into the team. He added US team is going to gather together and provide some useful information in 10 days training sessions.
The United States team has played against Mexico in Philadelphia on 10th August, where both the team has level the score with a 1-1. Klinsmann said team is going to miss midfielders Michael Bradley, Jermaine Jones and Freddy Adu.
