Nani has topped the current season by winning home ‘Player of the Year’ prize from the official Manchester United awards on Wednesday night.
Manchester United winger has been recognized by his team mates at the annual awards event. In a further up and down to an extraordinary event, the Red’s winger was voted second in the supporter’s vote for the significant Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year award, he was just one per cent behind ultimate winner Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez.
These achievements lid a fantastic year for Nani, in which the Portuguese international squad scored ten goals and supported an extra eighteen to help Manchester United get back the English Premier League title and reach a third Champions League final in last four seasons.
After, the winger has being presented with his prize by Sir Alex Ferguson. Nani stated that, he must say thanks’ very much to his team mates; it meant a lot to win ‘Player of the Year’ award. Sources said.
All the United players have helped him a lot this season that is why he stands here. Nani has done his best to help the side win the league and of course, he has been very attentive on working hard and improving in a form as a great player.
This has been his most consistent year for Manchester United. Every year he attends this event, now he has improved a lot and this one was fantastic for him. He has made a lot of goals and scored more than last season, so he is very happy about this and hope to continue even better for the coming matches.
