Manchester City has apparently rejected a £30 million bid from Inter Milan for the Argentine striker Carlos Tevez.
Carlos Tevez has been associated with both Inter Milan and Serie A rivals Juventus in recent weeks. As rumor enhanced that, the Manchester City captain will be on his way out of Eastlands this summer.
Inter Milan Boss Massimo Moratti is notorious to be an admirer of the brilliant striker and was eager to bring him to San Siro club at the end of the current campaign. However, that does not appear to be the case as Man City labeled the price to be insufficient.
According to sources, Inter’s president Massimo Moratti listed a £30 million bid for the Argentina international, but that is only for the Premier League club to consider it “insufficient”
Both Juventus and Inter Milan had talked with Carlos agent, Kia Joorabchian to confer a possible summer move. As Manchester City officials thought that Tevez will listen to his advisor and request a transfer at the end of the season.
Inter Milan could now decide to twist their interest to Udinese’s highly rated forward Alexis Sanchez. He has been linked with a number of clubs newly including, Manchester United and Chelsea, as well as City.
