Manchester City (3rd) will host West Bromwich Albion (16th) in the English Premier League 2010-2011. The Barclays Premier League game between Manchester City and West Bromwich Albion will kick-off at 15:00 GMT on 5th February 2011 at the City of Manchester Stadium, England.
