Swansea manager, Brendan Rogers said: ‘Our job now is to chase the club (Queens Park Rangers) in front of us. We don’t want to be second, we want to be first.
‘The race is still on to get to the very top, but there’s a long journey ahead of us and we must remain focused.
‘We’ve tried on two or three occasions to get into second spot, but we’ve faltered each time, so it’s nice to finally get there. It’s great for the players, the club and the city.’
