Boston Red Sox and Liverpool DealBoston Red Sox and Liverpool Deal: Liverpool has confirmed that, the owners of the Boston Red Sox baseball team was agreed to take over the Liverpool club.

The parent company of the Boston Red Sox, New England Sports Ventures (NESV) has accepted the Liverpool deal.

The current Liverpool owners, George Gillett and Tom Hicks have decided to sale the club without due process or agreement. The Liverpool has been able to put an agreement in place. The sale is still conditional on Premier League approval.

According to reports, the worth of Liverpool is around 250 million pounds ($400 million). This club has won the 18 English champions in its history.

The team is currently in third-from-last in the 2010 Premier League. This is the worst start in their 57 years history.
