Lionel Messi Injury: Barcelona star player, Lionel Messi has been ruled out for three weeks due to an ankle injury. Lionel Messi got injured in the game against Atletico Madrid.
On Monday, Barcelona club confirmed that Lionel Messi will be ruled out for three weeks as he got injured while playing against Atletico Madrid on Sunday. Barcelona won with 2-1 against Atletico Madrid. During the match, Messi clashed up with Tomas Ujfalusi and umpire showed him the yellow card. Immediately, Messi was carried off the field on a stretcher.
In a statement Barcelona Club said that there is no damage in his bone but he would miss the games against Sporting Gijon, Real Mallorca, and Athletic Bilbao and UEFA Champions League trip to Rubin Kazan. Lionel Messi will undergo further tests on Monday. Stay tuned for more updates.
